2025-26 Chadwick Upper School Educational Planning Guide

  • Led project management for Educational Planning Guide booklet to help parents and students plan their educational journey for grades 9-12
  • Collaborated with Executive Director of Marketing and Director of Teaching & Learning to ensure accuracy of Upper School modified block schedule, graduation requirements, and educational progressions
  • Communicated edits and managed external designer through 9 rounds of changes for on-time distribution

2025-26 Chadwick School Grades 6-12 Curriculum Guide

  • Led project management for Curriculum Overview booklet to help parents and students plan their coursework for grades 6-12
  • Collaborated with Executive Director of Marketing and Director of Teaching & Learning to ensure accuracy of updated course descriptions
  • Identified overlooked, outdated course descriptions as well as out-of-order courses to ensure complete accuracy and improved flow and readability
  • Communicated edits and managed external designer through 7 rounds of complex changes for on-time distribution
  • Touched up, edited, and chose current photos from Digital Asset Management (DAM) software

Chadwick School Viewbook

  • Led 3 teams (Admission, Marketing/Communications, external design agency) through significant, once-in-10-year redesign of Admission Viewbook, the primary evaluation tool for 1000+ families applying/inquiring to Chadwick
  • Implemented new, story-driven creative direction to engage and excite prospective families
  • Managed entire process from RFP to creative brief to execution
  • Identified students, alumni, and families to profile within the Viewbook
  • Interviewed students and gathered first-person quotes on their Chadwick experience to be used in the book
  • Scheduled, coordinated, and managed all interviews and photo shoots, including off-site photo shoots at the Claremont Colleges and volunteer sites, gaining all permissions and permits required
  • Gathered supplemental photos for Outdoor Education and Global Education trips from relevant faculty members
  • Collaborated with Executive Director of Marketing, Executive Director of College Counseling and Admission, Director of Admission, and the heads of the Village, Middle and Upper Schools to verify academic information
